We are not responsible for delays caused by our courier agency, but we will manage any incident that occurs during shipping. Our goal is for you to have your order at home as soon as possible.
SHIPPING POLICY
OTOMI will deliver the orders to the address indicated by the customer in the corresponding purchase form.
OTOMI does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of orders is not carried out as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete, as well as for any cause attributable to the client. If you have placed your order providing an incorrect shipping address or wish to make a change to the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the error. Please note that once processed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
OTOMI will adopt all necessary measures so that delivery can be made within the agreed period. OTOMI considers confirmation of payment, through any of the systems that are enabled, a necessary condition to be able to maintain delivery times. However, the deadlines indicated to the client are an estimate and may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
The delivery will be considered made from the moment in which OTOMI or the transport company contracted by it makes the product available to the customer.
Shipments cannot be made to post office boxes.
