What does gift wrapping include?

If you check the 'Gift Wrap' box at checkout, your product will arrive wrapped in our iconic green paper with a bow, prepared with great care. We also include a personalized card where you can write your message. All ready to give as a gift.

Can I send it directly to the recipient?

Of course! At checkout, simply enter the recipient's address in "Shipping Address". The gift will only include the note you wish to include. If the recipient wants to return the gift, they just need to write to us; no receipt is necessary.

How long does personalization take?

Personalization (initials embroidery or engraving) adds 3-5 business days to the standard shipping time. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to expedite production.

I need something urgently, is there a solution?

Yes. For urgent orders in Peninsula, we offer 24h express shipping (additional cost €8). Non-personalized products can be shipped the same day if you place the order before 2 PM. If you need urgent personalization, please write to info@otomi.es or WhatsApp, and we will review your case. We always try to help.

How long are gift cards valid?

OTOMI gift cards are perfect for gifting and do not have an expiration date. You can use them whenever you want!
