Lentil, cherry, strawberry and feta cheese salad

A quick, light and very colorful summer salad that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
- 900g cooked lentils
- 18 cherry tomatoes
- 8 strawberries
- 75g Feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
*Measurements are approximate, you can do it to your liking!
METHOD
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in 2. Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and cut them into 4 pieces.
In a large bowl add the lentils, tomatoes and cut strawberries. Using your hand, crumble the Feta cheese into the bowl. Add the oil, vinegar and salt. Mix well and serve.
Tip: save some Feta cheese to crumble on top when the salad is already prepared, it will be much better presented!
