Nut-free brownie

The best recipe to spend some time with the family this Christmas!
INGREDIENTS:
- 150g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 3 eggs
- 120g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of flour
METHOD:
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie and mix very well.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until white and add the tablespoon of flour.
Combine the two mixtures and put it in a mold with baking paper (or spread the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour). Tap the mold on the table 3 times with the mixture to remove any air that may remain inside.
Place the mold in the oven (air mode) at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cut the brownie with the help of a star-shaped mold and form a tower. You can also cut it into rectangles. You can put the remaining brownie pieces in a bowl to chop.
Decorate the tower to your liking. You can use chocolates, sweets and Christmas motifs
