Strawberries with mint sugar

Today we bring you a dessert from Marga Freudenthal with which you will succeed:

INGREDIENTS (for 4 pax):
- 250g strawberries
- ¼ lemon
- 1 small bowl of sugar
- 15-20 mint leaves
*Measurements are approximate, you can do it to your liking!
ELABORATION:
Cut the strawberries into small pieces, add a splash of lemon and stir well.
Separate the mint leaves from the stem, add the sugar and blend well (you can make a lot and then save the mint sugar for other occasions).
Combine the mint sugar with the strawberries and plate
RECOMMENDATION:
You can decorate the strawberries with mint leaves and serve with a little crème anglaise.
