
Potato, avocado and salmon timbale
INGREDIENTS (for 4 pax):
- 1 potato
- 1 avocado
- 100g of sliced smoked salmon
- 8 prawns
- Pink sauce: Ketchup, Mayonnaise and Paprika
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Coarse Salt
*Measurements are approximate, you can make it to your liking!
ELABORATION:
- Boil the potato with the skin on and let it cool. Then peel the potato and avocado and slice them.
- Boil the prawns and set aside.
- For the sauce, mix a tablespoon of ketchup with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a pinch of sweet paprika.
- Grease the mold with olive oil
- Fill the mould with layers of all the ingredients: potato (add salt, pepper and oil), avocado, a layer of pink sauce and salmon.
- Repeat the steps until the mold is filled.
- Let it rest a little and unmold the dish.
- You can decorate the timbale with a prawn, coarse salt and freshly ground pepper.
