Potato, avocado and salmon timbale

With an exquisite presentation, this dish from Marga Freudenthal will not leave anyone indifferent. If you want to present it to your guests, you can prepare it ahead of time.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 pax):

-   1 potato

-   1 avocado

-   100g of sliced ​​smoked salmon

-   8 prawns

- Pink sauce: Ketchup, Mayonnaise and Paprika

- Pepper

- Olive oil

- Coarse Salt


*Measurements are approximate, you can make it to your liking!


ELABORATION: 

  • Boil the potato with the skin on and let it cool. Then peel the potato and avocado and slice them.
  • Boil the prawns and set aside.
  • For the sauce, mix a tablespoon of ketchup with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a pinch of sweet paprika.
  • Grease the mold with olive oil
  • Fill the mould with layers of all the ingredients: potato (add salt, pepper and oil), avocado, a layer of pink sauce and salmon.
  • Repeat the steps until the mold is filled.
  • Let it rest a little and unmold the dish.
  • You can decorate the timbale with a prawn, coarse salt and freshly ground pepper.
