Chocolate mousse
Delicious snack that, prepared the day before, will make it very easy to surprise our guests.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 pax):
- 200g dark chocolate VALUE
- 100g chocolate from the stone (without flour)
- 100g sugar
- 100g butter
- 5 or 6 eggs (depending on the size)
ELABORATION:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff
- Beat the yolks with the sugar until they change color.
- Add the chocolate to the yolks with the sugar and, finally, the egg whites beaten until stiff in 3 steps, folding in gently.
- Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
When serving, you can prepare quenelles with the mousse, using two spoons and sprinkle with icing sugar.
