
Chocolate mousse
Delicious snack that, prepared the day before, will make it very easy to surprise our guests.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 pax):
- 200g VALOR dark chocolate
- 100g stone chocolate (flourless)
- 100g sugar
- 100g butter
- 5 or 6 eggs (depending on the size)
ELABORATION:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff
- Beat the yolks with the sugar until they change color
- Add the chocolate to the egg yolks with the sugar and, finally, beat the egg whites until stiff, stirring gently.
- Leave it in the fridge overnight.
When serving, you can make quenelles with the mousse using two spoons and sprinkle with icing sugar.
