
A complete appetizer

BEETROOT HUMMUS - EASY - 5 MINS
INGREDIENTS
1 and a half beets
1 pinch of salt
200 g of canned chickpeas
1 lemon
50 g of oil
RECIPE
Combine the chickpeas with the beetroot, oil and salt.
Squeeze the lemon
Blend until you get the desired texture.
PARMESAN LOLLIPOPS - EASY - 16 MINS

INGREDIENTS
Grated Parmesan
RECIPE
Form small mountains of Parmesan cheese on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Insert a skewer to create the “lollipop” effect
Bake for 15 minutes: at 160 degrees for 10 minutes and at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
You can sprinkle with a little paprika
Tip: You can serve them skewered on a piece of Parmesan cheese.
STEAK TARTAR TOASTIES - MEDIUM - 15 MIN
It's about making the traditional steak tartare and serving it on small toasts. Another trick to impress is to make a fuet steak tartare, marinated in the usual way.
Pesto Palmiers - Easy - 10 mins
INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry
Pesto
RECIPE
Unfold the puff pastry and spread it with the pesto.
Roll it up on both sides at the same time until two rolls are formed that touch each other.
